Global führend in Spezialchemie mit rund 8.Teamassistenz (m/w/d) Finanzen & Controlling / Group Treasury
~ Spannende Aufgaben erwarten Sie – Sie unterstützen unsere Abteilungen Finanzen & Controlling sowie Group Treasury als Assistenz und übernehmen bei Abwesenheit die Stellvertretung der Assistenz des Vorstands. Sie bilden das Backoffice für globale Projekte, kümmern sich um allgemeine kaufmännische Prozesse und verantworten folgende Tätigkeiten:

Unterstützung im Treasury-Vertragsmanagement
Vor- und Nachbereitung von globalen Veranstaltungen (u. a. Global Finance Meetings) und Besprechungen innerhalb der Führungsgremien (u. a. Global Finance Leadership Team) sowie mit externen Geschäftspartnern (Banken, Wirtschaftsprüfern etc.)
Organisation von Onboarding-Prozessen
Koordination und Betreuung von Schulungsmaßnahmen (u. a. Seminare) und Dienstreisen
Mit diesem Profil überzeugen Sie uns – mit einer abgeschlossenen kaufmännischen Ausbildung und mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der Assistenz in einem international tätigen Unternehmen bringen Sie die nötigen Voraussetzungen für diese Position mit. Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Sehr guter Umgang mit MS Office (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel) sowie Erfahrung mit anderen digitalen Kommunikationsinstrumenten
Idealerweise Know-how in SAP (z. B. für Bestellanforderungen, Reisen, MSS etc.)
