Als primärer Digitalisierungspartner der Bundeswehr erbringen wir stabile, sichere und effiziente IT-Services im In- und Ausland, vom Grundbetrieb bis in den einsatznahen Bereich und tragen so zur kontinuierlichen Erhöhung der Führungs- und Einsatzfähigkeit der Bundeswehr bei. Mit über 7.000 Kolleg*innen betreiben und modernisieren wir eine der größten und komplexesten IT-Infrastrukturen in Deutschland. Wir suchen verantwortungsvolle IT-Spezialist*innen, die die Bundeswehr-IT aus Überzeugung in herausfordernden Digitalisierungsvorhaben weiterentwickeln und so einen Beitrag zur Sicherheit Deutschlands leisten wollen.

​Plan & Control als Bereich sorgt für die Planungs- und Steuerungsfähigkeit im Bereich CEO Account Management und stellt die Anschlussfähigkeit sowohl nach extern zum Kunden als auch intern in die BWI hinein sicher.


Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Stellvertretende Leitung Plan&Control und fachliche Steuerung der Themenkomplexe Performance&Berichtswesen und AM Planungssupport
  • Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung des AM Kennzahlensystems und Berichtswesens im Rahmen des AM Steuerungssystems und auf Basis der zentralen BWI Vorgaben
  • Verantwortung für den Planungssupport der Planungssegementverantwortlichen AM und Beratung der Geschäftsverantwortlichen
  • Vertretung des AM in relevanten Steuerungsrunden zur Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung der Planung und Planungsmethodik sowie als Schnittstelle für die unterjährige Geschäftssteuerung
  • Auf der Position wird für AM die Anschlussfähigkeit und das Controlling der Geschäftsplanung und Geschäftsentwicklung sicher gestellt und zentrale Controlling Anforderungen bedient
  • Proaktive Mitwirkung in bereichsübergreifenden/BWI-weiten Projekten zu den oben genannten Themenfeldern
Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 10-jährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Berichtswesen / Controlling oder Unternehmenssteuerung/-entwicklung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Datenanalyse
  • Langjährige Erfahrungen als interne Servicefunktion (z.B. Schnittstellen managen und Linienfunktionen entlasten)
  • Unternehmerische Denk- und Handlungsweise
  • Ausgepräges Zahlenverständnis, analytische Fähigkeiten und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Überzeugungskraft
