Als Process Mining IT-Systemintegrator (w/m/d) in unserem Team ermöglichst du datengetriebene Geschäftstransformationen für unsere Kunden. Als vertrauenswürdige/r Berater/in hilfst du Kunden, ihre strategischen Ziele zu erreichen und nachhaltigen Mehrwert mit der Celonis EMS-Plattform zu schaffen. Gemeinsam mit unseren Partnern treibst du messbare Geschäftserfolge in verschiedenen Prozessen und Branchen voran und förderst die Plattform-Adoption. Du bist Teil unseres Consulting-Teams und entwickelst PMMG zur führenden Celonis-Beratung im Bereich Aviation & Manufacturing für KMUs und Corporate Units in der DACH-Region. Was bieten wir dir?

Was erwartet dich? Identifikation und Wertgestaltung: 
  • Du übersetzt die strategischen Prioritäten der Kunden in relevante Celonis Use Cases. Du präsentierst Demos, entwickelst Business Cases und führst Proof-of-Concepts durch. Du analysierst Kundendaten zur Identifikation von Prozessineffizienzen und weiteren Optimierungspotenzialen. Du berätst die Kunden-IT bei der Implementierung von Datenpipelines. Du analysierst und verbesserst die Datenqualität und richtest Validierungsprozesse ein.
Wertrealisierung: 
  • Du führst Business-Value-Workshops durch und unterstützt Kunden bei Prozessoptimierungen. Du präsentierst Ergebnisse und realisierte Mehrwerte an das Senior Management unserer Kunden. Du erstellst IT-Infrastruktur-Konzepte (EAM) für Kundenprojekte. Du baust Datenverbindungen auf und konfigurierst diese zwischen Kundensystemen (ERP, CRM, SCM) und Celonis. Du bist Experte für Fragen rund um Integration und Betrieb der Celonis-Lösung.
Wertskalierung: 
  • Du verantwortest den gesamten Kundenprozess von Onboarding bis zur Erweiterung. Du entwickelst strategische Ausbaupläne mit Kunden und gibst Feedback zur Produktentwicklung. Du überwachst die Performance von Datenpipelines und deren Optimierung für maximale Effizienz. Du stellst die Integration von IT-Systemen in die Celonis-Plattform sicher. Du schulst und trainierst alle Beteiligten in der technischen Nutzung von Celonis.
Was solltest du mitbringen?
  • Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Process Mining und/oder in der IT-Beratung mit Schwerpunkt auf Prozessmanagement, datengetriebener Transformation oder Datenanalyse mit
  • Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss aus den Bereichen (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Data Science, AI/ML, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Technik oder verwandter Studiengänge
  • Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung in einer kundenorientierten Rolle in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering oder IT/Management-Beratung mit einem SaaS-Anbieter oder in einem Center of Excellence für Data Mining/Analytics
  • Du besitzt praktische Erfahrung mit der Celonis Process Mining Software und einer weiteren anerkannten Process Mining Software, einschließlich Implementierung und Nutzung
  • Du hast eine Leidenschaft für die Bereiche Process Analytics und Data Science, einschließlich der Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Du bist versiert in der Konfiguration von Datenpipelines und -modellen
  • Deine fundierte Erfahrung in der Integration von IT-Systemen, insbesondere ERP-, CRM- oder SCM-Systemen (z. B. SAP, Salesforce, Oracle) ergänzt du mit Kenntnissen in Datenarchitektur, ETL-Prozessen und der Anbindung von Datenquellen für Process Mining
  • Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) nutzt Du gezielt zur strategischen Ausrichtung von Process Mining in Unternehmen
  • Du hast Expertise in der Nutzung von APIs, Middleware und Integrationsplattformen zur Systemanbindung
  • Du hast Deinen Celonis Technical Expert Badge erfolgreich absolviert
  • Dein Wissen rundest Du mit Kenntnissen im Datenschutz und -sicherheit ab, z.B. EU AI Act, GDPR
  • Du hast Kenntnisse in statistischer Analyse, Machine Learning und Visualisierung von Prozessdaten
  • Du verfügst über technische Kenntnisse in relevanten Tools wie SQL, Python, Datenmodellierung und der Integration von IT-Systemen sowie Cloud-Technologien (z.B. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
