Stellenbeschreibung

  • fachlich und disziplinarische Führung des Teams Financial Reporting & Processes
  • aktive Teamführung, sowie Weiterentwicklung und Förderung von Potenzialen
  • Verantwortung der Erstellung des Konzernabschlusses der DACH Gruppe und damit verbundene monatliche & jährliche Berichterstattung an die Muttergesellschaft
  • Analyse von Finanzprozessen und Rechnungslegungsgrundsätzen nach US-GAAP + HGB
  • Sparringspartner für die Geschäftsleitung
  • Koordinierung von externem Audit hinsichtlich der Jahresabschlüsse
  • Beratung im operativen Bereich Finance hinsichtlich Verträge, Transaktionen und Projekte

Profil

  • abgeschlossenes Studium im wirtschaftlichen oder finanziellen Bereich, sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • sichere Steuerkenntnisse, sowie ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze (US-GAAP, HGB)
  • Erfahrung mit der Arbeit innerhalb von Konzernstrukturen und entsprechenden Abschlüssen
  • gute Kenntnisse in SAP
  • hohes analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken, sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation
  • mehrjährige Fach- und Führungserfahrung im Finanzbereich
  • proaktive Hands-On Mentalität
  • sehr gute Deutsch & Englisch Kenntnisse
