Wir decken B2B-Märkte wie Automotive, Life Science, Pharma, Bio, Semiconductor etc. ab. Um den Herausforderungen in diesen Märkten gerecht zu werden, suchen wir Mitarbeiter, die aufgrund ihrer technisch/naturwissenschaftlichen Ausbildung in der Lage sind, unsere Kunden fundiert zu beraten. Neue Prozesse, neue Materialien und neue Techniken erfordern innovative und zuverlässige Analysemöglichkeiten. Ihre Basis ist Ihr Homeoffice, von dem aus Sie die PHI GmbH in Ihrem eigenen Vertriebsgebiet repräsentieren. Der Fokus Ihrer Arbeit liegt auf dem Aufbau nachhaltiger Beziehungen und der Vermittlung von Fachwissen zu unseren Produkten. Als Sales Manager (w/m/d) sind Sie Teil unseres Sales-Teams.
Sie bauen tragfähige Geschäftsbeziehungen und ein starkes Netzwerk auf, das Sie kontinuierlich pflegen.
Sie pflegen eigenverantwortlich Projekt- und Kundendaten in unserem CRM-System.
Sie haben ein naturwissenschaftliches Studium mit Master-Abschluss erfolgreich absolviert.
Sie haben Erfahrung im Bereich Vertrieb, idealerweise in einem Unternehmen mit Analytik oder in einem Unternehmen mit komplexen, technischen Produkten.
Idealerweise verfügen Sie über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Forschung mit einem entsprechenden Netzwerk.
Sie arbeiten gerne in einem flexiblen, dynamischen und agilen Umfeld.
Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
Sie verfügen über gute MS Office- und allgemeine EDV-Kenntnisse.
Sie sind bereit, zu reisen (mindestens 50% Ihrer Arbeitszeit).
Dabei legen Sie Wert auf ein professionelles Auftreten, sind kundenorientiert und zeigen Einfühlungsvermögen und Kooperationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern.
