• Provide expert product advice and support throughout the decision-making process, focusing on technical product knowledge and customer needs.
• Verify product availability and create tailored offers that meet customer requirements.
• Independently manage customer projects, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Support the sales team by identifying new business opportunities and providing product insights.
• Conduct training sessions for customers and colleagues on our products, enhancing their technical knowledge and skills.

• Completed technical education or engineering degree, preferably in a relevant field.
• Experience in technical support or sales, preferably in the field of drive technology, with a strong understanding of product features and applications.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools.
• Excellent command of German and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a customer-centric approach and enthusiasm for technical product knowledge.
