Payrails is a dynamic workplace and our product team sits at the core of this landscape. Our Product team offers you the opportunity to work alongside a group of highly ambitious and knowledgeable Product Managers and Designers while being faced with highly complex problems that affect customers on a global scale.
The Director, Product is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire product management and development lifecycle within our organization. You will create and maintain a dynamic and prioritised product roadmap that outlines feature development and product releases
You will lead a high-performing product management team and provide guidance, mentorship, and support to product managers
You will collaborate closely with other departments such as marketing, sales, customer support, and engineering to ensure effective product development and launches
You will oversee the end-to-end product development process, from idea generation to product release and iteration
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the product strategy
You will ensure that user experience (UX) and design principles are integrated into product development to create user-friendly and visually appealing products
You will identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges that could impact product development and delivery
You have proven experience in product management and leadership roles, preferably with a track record of successful product launches.
You have experience in managing technical projects through their whole lifecycle from scoping to go-to-market
You have a proven track record of managing complex initiatives with a strong emphasis on data, providing actionable insights, and tracking the success of those initiatives
You will receive a Learning & Development budget for attending external conferences, training, or buying books
