Als engagierter STACKITEER bist du Teil des Geschäftsbereichs STACKIT Products. Hier werden unsere Produkte und Services entwickelt, getestet und verbessert. Deine Aufgaben: Du förderst die individuellen Stärken deiner Mitarbeiter und unterstützt sie aktiv bei der Erreichung ihrer Karriereziele Du suchst und findest die richtigen Kandidaten, die die Qualität unserer Arbeit weiter steigern Du verantwortest Design, Entwicklung, Bereitstellung und Wartung unserer Developer Tools und bist maßgeblich an der Erstellung und Validierung von Systementwürfen und der operativen Leistung der Dienste beteiligt Du führst Code Reviews durch und stellst somit sicher, dass der Code unseren Anforderungen bzgl. Skalierbarkeit, Wartbarkeit und Korrektheit entspricht Du bist in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Produktmanagement, Design und Backend-Entwicklung und beteiligst dich maßgeblich an der technischen Vision der Produkte und deren Roadmap Dein Profil: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in der Informatik, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet Du bewegst dich sicher in den Methoden der professionellen Softwareentwicklung (von Entwicklungsstandards bis hin zu Build und Release Management) Fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens einer der folgenden Programmiersprachen: Go, Python Vertrautheit mit gängigen Cloud-Plattformen Erfahrung mit der Entwicklung von CLI-Tools, SDKs und/oder Terraform Providern Ausgeprägte analytische und problemlösungsorientierte Denkweise Du verfügst über mehr als 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer technischen Führungsposition inklusive der Überwachung von Projekten und hattest bereits Personalverantwortung Du verfügst über eine starke Problemlösungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch
