ERP Consultant / ERP Consultant (m/f/d) home office incl.
What you can expect: A job with a hidden champion that is driving digitization at many top brands
- Design processes: You will be responsible for the installation and flawless use of our ERP system, ensuring efficient work processes for our customers in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, for example
- Inspire: With your digitalization expertise, you take over process and organizational consulting for our customers. You are enthusiastic about their process and product world and support them in modernizing the software and planning updates/new functions
- Innovative instead of run-of-the-mill: repetition of ready-made solutions is not your thing. You would much rather work intensively on individual topics and prefer to make suggestions that our customers and we haven't even thought of yet. In short: design the smart process chains of tomorrow and leave your "footprint" in the enterprise environment

- Intensive induction phase: We offer you an induction tailored to your profile: you will be introduced to our ERP system by our CSB-College right from the start and get to know all the system's applications and programs in detail as part of the team. To keep you on the ball professionally and personally, our college will support you with individual further training and education

Your varied and socially relevant tasks will ensure that our ERP system is used by our customers in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. For example, we equip the large bakery Kamps or the cosmetics giant Dr. Babor with our complete IT solution

- Relevant practical experience: Ideally, you should have professional experience in a similar position or already have experience working with other ERP systems in the process industry
- Action and methodological skills: You find it easy to quickly understand issues and develop suitable solution concepts
- Enthusiasm for business processes: You enjoy analyzing business processes. You also impress with your vision and innovative ideas
- Strong service orientation and willingness to travel: The success of your customers is your top priority. Consulting is mainly done remotely. However, depending on the project, you may also be required to support the customer on site
- Convincing communication skills: With your communicative streak and confident demeanor, you can provide our customers with the best possible advice
- High self-motivation and commitment: You work successfully on your own and even more successfully in a team. In short: a can-do mentality, team success and fun at work are at the top of your agenda
