Das DKMS Donor Center ist eine hundertprozentige Tochtergesellschaft der DKMS. Das Donor Center hat die primären Aufgaben der Spenderregistrierung, Spenderbetreuung und Spendervermittlung.
Das Team Quality and Collection Center Relationship Management (QCCRM) ist für die stetige Verbesserung der Donor Center Prozesse hinsichtlich Qualität sowie die Sicherstellung und Kontrolle der Einhaltung interner und externer Standards verantwortlich; z.B. der World Marrow Donor Association (WMDA) und des Zentralen Knochenmarkspender Registers (ZKRD). Dies erfolgt in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilung Corporate Quality der DKMS Group. In diesem Kontext führt das Team Audits in kooperierenden Entnahmekliniken durch.
Weitere Kernaufgaben des Teams fokussieren sich auf die Analyse und Bearbeitung von Quality Incidents und Abweichungen bei externen Kooperationspartnern wie Entnahme- und Transplantationskliniken sowie das Collection Center (CC) Relationship Management, im Rahmen dessen bestehende und potentielle neue Entnahmekliniken vor und nach Vertragsschluss betreut werden.

IHRE AUFGABEN
Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems in Anlehnung an DIN ISO EN 9001:2015
Implementierung relevanter interner Prozesse und Strukturen des Qualitätsmanagements
Entwicklung und Erstellung von QMS-Dokumenten unter Berücksichtigung regulatorischer Vorgaben
Prüfung und Evaluation von Qualitätsabweichungen
Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche zu Themen des QMS (z.B. Prozessmanagement, Dokumentenlenkung, Business Kontinuitätsmanagement)
Unterstützung bei (Re-)Akkreditierungsprozessen des Donor Center
Vorbereitung und Durchführung von internen und externen Audits, z.B. von Entnahmekliniken
Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen der Mitarbeiter:innen und Fachabteilungen zu Themen des Qualitätsmanagements
UNSERE ANFORDERUNGEN
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master) mit betriebswirtschaftlichem, naturwissenschaftlichem oder ingenieurtechnischem Hintergrund
Theoretische und praktische Kenntnisse der gängigen Methoden des Qualitätsmanagements oder der Qualitätssicherung, insbesondere DIN ISO EN 9001:2015, z.B. durch Zusatzqualifikation
Mindestens 2 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement/-sicherung
Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse der MS Office-Anwendungen sowie gute Schulungs- und Präsentationstechniken
Sehr gute konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
