About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Engineer (m/w/d) to join our team in Asia and Southeast Asia. As a key member of our Quality Management and IT department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Identify and analyze opportunities for process improvements, develop and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers, keeping them informed about new products and services.
  • Communicate product potential and suggestions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct technical consultations on technology and application, presenting solutions and preparing technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine product offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date with technological trends and changes, sharing knowledge with the team.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Specify and propose product requirements.
  • Document and follow up on customer requests, such as trial orders for proposal and order processing.
  • Plan and document customer visits.
  • Support special projects as needed.
About You

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Technical Specialist (m/w/d) with a background in Mechanical Engineering. Ideally, you will have several years of experience in the field of machining, particularly in the oil and gas industry.

  • Strong organizational skills, customer focus, performance drive, teamwork ability.
  • Willingness to travel and hold a valid Class B driver's license.
  • Excellent English language skills.
