Wir stellen Logistiklösungen für Hersteller aus allen Bereichen der Gesundheitsbranche, von der Pharmazie über die rezeptfreie Medizin bis hin zur Diagnostik und Biotechnologie. Ihre Aufgaben bei uns: • Führung des Quality Teams • Erhalt und Verbesserung der Funktionsfähigkeit des firmenspezifischen Qualitätsmanagements • Verwirklichung der Forderungen gemäß der gültigen DIN EN ISO 9001 und 13485 • Einhaltung der gültigen Vorschriften u.a. Arzneimittel- und Wirkstoffherstellungsverordnung (AMWHV), Arzneimittelgesetz (AMG), Arzneimittelhandelsverordnung (AM-HandelsV) sowie der GDP- und GMP-Richtlinien • Planung jährlicher Schulungsbedarf inkl. Wirksamkeitsüberprüfungen • Planung, Durchführung und Rückverfolgung u.a. der jährlichen GxP Schulungen • Vorbereitung und Umsetzung der jährlichen stattfindenden Selbstinspektionen • Wahrnehmung aller Betriebsbegehungen (Mandanten, Behörden etc.) • Erstellung und Festlegung von Maßnahmen als Ergebnis aus Auditfeststellungen • Kontrolle und Bewertung der Maßnahmen aus Abweichungen und Änderungsanträgen • Mitarbeit bei IT-Validierungen, Gebäude-Qualifizierungen, Quality Agreements und Quality-/ Risk-Management • Überprüfung und Überwachung der Lagertemperatur in Zusammenarbeit mit der Haustechnik Das bringen Sie mit: • Ausbildung als Quality Manager oder langjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise im Pharma- und Logistikumfeld.
