Sales Support Manager (m/w/d)
DEIN NEUES PAAR SCHUHE:
- Als SAP Key User bist Du im Bereich Sales & Distribution kompetenter Troubleshooter, betreust Change Requests und Incidents inkl. Testing in SAP SD (AFS), behebst systemische Preisfehler und planst SAP-Projekte sowie -Prozesse via Jira und Confluence in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer IT-Abteilung.
- Mit innovativer Tatkraft unterstützt Du im Bereich EDI Datenanbindungen – mit dem Ziel, unseren Customer Service zu entlasten und unsere Unternehmensprozesse zu digitalisieren. Dazu gehört ebenfalls das Kundenmanagement, Problem Solving sowie eine umfassende Dokumentation, gemeinsam mit unserem Provider und der IT-Abteilung.
- Du unterstützt unsere B2B Plattform bei der saisonalen Aktualisierung und Datenpflege sowie bei der Fehlersuche.
- Du erstellst den Leistungskatalog unseres Value Added Services, pflegst die dazugehörigen Kundendaten in SAP und stellst für unsere Vertriebskanäle Stammdaten und Preise bereit.
- Dein Fachwissen fließt außerdem in zukünftige ERP-Migrationsprojekte und Prozessoptimierungen ein.
- Du hilst bei der Erfassung unserer Prozesslandschaft im Bereich Sales & Distribution.
- Du hast Spaß an Auswertungen und neuen Reporting Tools, die unsere Abläufe optimieren können.
- Last but not least gibst Du Dein Wissen gerne weiter, unterstützen sowohl unsere Tochtergesellschaften als auch unsere Offices im Ausland, übernehmst den First Level Support der SAP-End-User und schulst Deine Kolleg:innen zu SAP-Prozessabläufen..
DEIN WEG DURCHS LEBEN:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder BWL bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Praxis im EDI-Bereich sowie idealerweise in ERP-Migrationsprojekten.
- Kenntnisse in Jira, Confluence sowie SAP SD (AFS).
- Erfahrung im First Level Support und in der Schulung von SAP-Usern.
- Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
- Kommunikationsstark und Teamplayer:in mit analytischer Denk- und strukturierter Arbeitsweise.
- Bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und fähig, Fachkenntnisse verständlich zu vermitteln.
