Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team at COGITANDA Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support to external customers and internal stakeholders regarding our services
  • Manage the offer creation, scheduling, and billing processes independently
  • Support the team and management with organizational and administrative tasks, such as expense reports, invoice reviews, and scheduling
  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration with other teams, such as Finance and Sales
  • Contribute to internal projects, bring new ideas, and drive process improvements
Requirements
  • Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, with proven skills in administrative and organizational tasks
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent language skills in German and English
