About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project and Account Manager to join our Certified Refurbished team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, customer service, marketing, and legal to enhance the program's offerings and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and refurbishers, providing support and guidance to ensure their success within the program.
Lead the onboarding process for new program participants, including vetting and training.
Provide regular reports to senior management on program performance, challenges, and progress towards strategic goals.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Validated experience in program management, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to work independently and run multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in the use of data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite (esp. Excel and Powerpoint) combined with strong presentation skills
English and German language fluency
