About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Trading Manager to join our Home and Garden Vertical team in Berlin/Dreilinden. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving trading activities, including deals and campaigns, to contribute to the overall vertical goal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage vertical campaigns and trading activities end-to-end, including goal setting and performance measurement.
  • Coordinate with different partners and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (category management, marketing, trading team, agencies, etc.).
  • Conduct continuous market and competitor research to generate actionable insights for campaigns.
  • Work with internal tools, analyze trends, and act on them.
  • Drive smaller x-functional projects.
  • Be responsible for UX improvements, site optimization, and quality assurance.
Requirements
  • Native or fluent German and fluent English.
  • University degree (or comparable experience) with a commercial or marketing background.
  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, commerce, or transactional business environments as a project or program manager, ideally within the Home Improvement/Home & Garden industry.
  • Ability to work tactically to drive and respond to business performance.
  • Very good analytical thinking, number-driven, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent ability to communicate towards large or small group settings – to clients/partners, peers, upwards, and to cross-functional teams.
