Die Aufgabe: Strategische und operative Steuerung und Entwicklung eines globalen Produktportfolios im Bereich Industrial Communication & Networking >100 Mio EUR Umsatz Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung eines globalen Teams in Deutschland, China und den USA. Lokalisierung, Internationalisierung sowie proaktive Weiterentwicklung des Portfolios Ausbau der eigenen Wertschöpfung (u.a. Im Bereich aktiver Komponenten und Software) Dynamische Steigerung von Marktanteilen und Umsatz in den Regionen Mitglied des globalen Führungskreises Das Profil Unternehmerische Führungspersönlichkeit mit Umsetzungsstärke, überzeugender Kommunikation und hoher Zielorientierung Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder kaufmännisches Studium mit sehr gutem technischem Knowhow Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Umfeld Produkt- und Portfoliomanagement oder Business Development Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umfeld Industrial Communication oder Automatisierungstechnik Nachweisbare Erfolge in strategischer Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Produkt-Roadmaps im internationalen Kontext Gutes Markt- und Applikationsverständnis im Umfeld Factory Automation, Robotik und Maschinenbau Erfahrung in der Definition und Strukturierung von leistungsfähigen und kundennah ausgerichteten Produktmanagement-Organisationen Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Ihre Perspektive Kultur eines Familienunternehmens mit hohem Gestaltungsspielraum Langfristig angelegte Unternehmensentwicklung Eigenständigkeit durch stabile Eigentümerstruktur und Commitment der Gesellschafter Zahlreiche Benefits (u.a.
