Support the implementation of the Group Solution in our branches; Facilitate change management efforts to prepare stakeholders for new processes and provide post-go-live support, gathering feedback and addressing issues as needed
Bachelor's degree or higher (University, FH) in Information Systems or a related field, with solid experience in ERP projects with Microsoft Business Central
Demonstrated ability to implement a Group solution across international locations
Familiarity with change management principles, with experience supporting organizations through technological and process transitions
Excellent English and good German skills; Willingness to travel internationally, with approximately 40% travel expected to support global rollouts
