Career Opportunities

As a Solution Architect at ALPLA, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing technology solutions that meet the needs of our Support and Management processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Enterprise Architects, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and Operators, to ensure that technical solutions align with business requirements and project objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Develop robust, scalable, secure, and cost-effective solution architectures that meet business goals and align with our IT strategy.
  • Collaboration: Work with solution experts and Business Analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Project Alignment: Collaborate with Project Managers and business departments to ensure that solution design aligns with project scope, schedule, and resources.
  • Change Management: Review and approve proposed changes to the solution architecture, ensuring they align with business requirements and strategic objectives.
  • Transition Planning: Collaborate with the Operator to ensure that the solution can be effectively transitioned into operation and maintenance.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation, including architectural diagrams and design specifications, to ensure accessibility and clarity for all stakeholders.
  • Innovation: Evaluate and adopt new technologies and methodologies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of solutions.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
