Expert Qualtrics survey software (m/f/d)

As Die Techniker, we are shaping the health insurance company of tomorrow. Customer feedback helps us to improve every day. We attach particular importance to high-quality surveys and data, which we not only collect but also integrate seamlessly into our business processes. As part of a cross-functional team, we are looking for support for the implementation and further development of the Qualtrics XM survey software.

Your tasks

  • Manage the Qualtrics platform including the creation and management of user accounts, access rights and the configuration of settings, functions and interfaces
  • Build technical frameworks, including library structure, in relation to questionnaires
  • Develop and build survey standards on the Qualtrics platform, including training delivery
  • Design, program and conduct customer satisfaction and brand perception surveys and analyses
  • Configure the Qualtrics platform according to stakeholder needs

Your profile

  • Completed studies ideally with a focus on computer science
  • Relevant knowledge of QualtricsXM, Java and HTML
  • Experience with the development and design of customer surveys, especially for web and app
  • Methodical expertise in conducting multi-layered analyses and building dashboards
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Willingness to take responsibility for your own actions
