Senior Manager, Production Operations

In your new role you will:
oversee operational performance monitoring, including key metrics such as yield, cycle time, line stability, CLIP, and delivery performance, and driving implementation of improvements
manage customer returns, fab excursion tasks, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely case closure
owning the implementation and verification of operational deviation correction actions, utilizing problem-solving techniques such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Is-Is not
forecast and confirm capacity reservations with foundries to meet business requirements
coordinate and support new tape-out activities for Business Units
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
a solid educational foundation in Electronics, Physics, Engineering, or a similar field
a strong industry background, with several years of experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly in production and technology development
the ability to make clear conclusions and present them in management summaries
a keen sense of risk assessment, enabling you to evaluate and make decisions while balancing benefits and risks, and recommending feasible proposals
high-level communication skills, allowing you to effectively interact with internal stakeholders and external customers
experience in process integration, process modules, product engineering, or related fab experience, with IC design experience being a plus
a proven track record of working in a multi-cultural environment, with fluency in business conversation and presentation skills
