In the role of Senior Maintenance Technician for Wafertest Operations, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure optimal production availability and the effective execution of maintenance activities for equipment in the Wafertest sector.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance Management: You will oversee both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, adhering strictly to safety regulations and operational guidelines.
- Fault Diagnosis: Engage in proactive troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems, including maintenance of all Wafertest equipment (Testers/Probers, Needle Cards).
- Production Monitoring: Ensure correct setup states during ongoing production and continuously monitor equipment conditions.
- Coordination: Manage task coordination with both internal and external stakeholders as part of your extensive responsibilities.
- Qualification Execution: Independently conduct qualifications based on established guidelines, utilizing statistical process control methods (SPC, FDC).
This position operates within a continuous 6:4 shift model, meaning six working days are followed by four days off.
Qualifications- Education: Successfully completed training or certification as a state-certified technician, with several years of professional experience in semiconductor production or Wafertest.
- Experience: Extensive relevant experience in a similar role, with specific knowledge of semiconductor processes in Wafertest and related equipment.
- Personal Attributes: Team-oriented, adaptable, motivated, and possessing strong communication skills, with a willingness to work in a continuous shift system.
- Work Style: Independent and responsible work approach, results-driven mindset, with a focus on reliability and quality.
- Language Skills: Proficient in German, with basic knowledge of English considered an advantage.
