Tasks
Were hiring a Sous Chef and Head Chef for our fine dining Kappo restaurant
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Plan Japanese menus
- Manage staff
- Handle inventory
- Train assistant chefs in Japanese cuisine
- Maintain food safety standards
Profile
- Minimum of 10 years working experience at a KAISEKI or KAPPOU restaurant in Japan
- Deep knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture
- Strong communication skills in Japanese. Proficiency in English and German is a plus
