- Collaborate withother payroll leaders to maintain an efficient and effective auditprocess
- Collaborate in efforts to evaluate andredesign Payroll processes to align with the company’s rapid growthand commitment to quality
- Be a subject matter expertin projects to drive payroll improvements for one country or groupof small to medium size countries
- Be a partner forM&A and expansions projects
- Liaison with HR, Techteams, Finance, Accounting, and others to ensure that bestpractices are followed and implemented

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Completedcommercial education, bachelor degree or similarqualification- Multiple years of relevant workexperience in Payroll
- Several years in projectmanagement and project leadership, focussing on automatisation,standardisation and improvment of payroll processes andtools
- Fluent in English and German(C1)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Verygood knowledge of German labor, social security and taxlaw- Versed in using the MS Office package, especiallyExcel
- Experience in payroll systems (frontend orbackend) or technical support of payrollsystems
