Job Description:

Ingram Micro Inc is on its digital journey to become a Technology company in IT Distribution. The scope of Business Transformation is broad, cross functional and throughout all levels of the organization and requires defining priority opportunities with high level of organizational impact within manageable levels of investments that generate an optimal return. This will include being able to transform the business model through the digital platform initiatives and enable a "perform and transform" approach. The leader is a critical new lead function inside Ingram Micro that will own and run the new Digital P&L of our future digital platform business; the leader in this new function will be responsible for the growth of 2 critical business areas of Ingram Micro 's new platform business experience:

  • acquire new and grow with existing vendors on our Vendor Experience platform (X4V)
  • drive and accelerate growth on our Customer Experience platform (X4C)

Responsibilities:

  • Owns the local P&L number for Digital P&L, and all that goes with having P&L ownership: targets, number, forecasting, planning and monthly country reviews
  • Works closely with the Product & Platform Office and the Data Office to continuously enhance our product capabilities; value creation from Data and Product leads to value capture by DigiOps
  • Responsible for key contributions to digitization initiatives that demonstrates understanding of current and future operational business processes that digitization does/can enable
  • Participates with peers and digital operations leadership to deliver on tactical plans and objectives
  • Liaise with partners (vendors, resellers, end-users) to define the best experience for their journey
  • Evaluates the needs of all cross-functional teams and how to best support organizational priorities, revenue growth and strategic priorities across the pillars of Vendor Experience, Product Design, Customer Experience and Business Transformation
  • Partners effectively with cross-functional leads to deliver against the business plans and digital goals established for supported products
  • Strong communication skills and able to work with broader Digital Operations teams and leadership members to effectively socialize campaign objectives, business benefits, new capabilities and channel execution strategies
  • Provide oversight of digital operations, ensure high quality solution delivery and successfully drive solutions to operational issues

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales function, previous P&L responsibility desired
  • Keen understanding of internal operational processes and capable of driving business transformation and change management at large enterprise
  • Expert communication, presentation and analytics preparation skills
  • A passion for building, bringing to market, and scaling digital products and services
  • Keen problem-solving skills - ability to proactively identify potential issues, troubleshoot and quickly resolve them
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly
  • Proven skills in managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, analytical problem solving, listening, written, and verbal communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization

Job Requirement:

  • Big Data Affinity required
  • Vendor facing experience preferred
  • Global experience preferred, not required
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Mindset is important

  • Fluent German and English language skills required
