Gemeinsam gestalten wir die digitalen Einkaufsprozesse eines der führenden Handelsunternehmen Europas. Der Bereich Ware Organisation & Processes berät, begleitet und unterstützt den zentralen Einkauf und das Category Management. Mit gemeinsamer Collaboration formen wir in den verschiedenen Geschäftsmodellen die Beschaffungsprozesse.

In Deiner Funktion als Process Manager bist Du Ansprechpartner:in für den Einkauf und die erfolgreiche Ausarbeitung, Bereitstellung und Vermittlung des benötigten Wissens für die bereits vorhandenen und neuen standarisierten digitalen Prozessunterstützungen.

Was du bei uns bewegst:

Du bist mittendrin: In deiner Rolle als Process Manager erkennst du fachliche Bedürfnisse, übersetzt diese in Wissensaufbauprozesse und spezifizierst diese fachlich. Du gestaltest eigenständig die daraus resultierenden Lösungen mit deinem Blick auf die adressatengerechte Wissensbereitstellung.

Du zeigst Einsatz: Du nimmst Prozesse und Themen auf, klärst Verantwortlichkeiten und identifizierst Beteiligte. Deine Augen und Ohren sind stets darauf ausgerichtet Wissen und Dokumentationslücken zu identifizieren. Das dafür benötigte Wissen eignest du dir eigenständig an.

Du hast alles im Blick: Von der Erstellung und Anpassung interner Präsentationen über den Aufbau von Dokumenten und Inhalten bis hin zur Optimierung interner Standards und Prozesse zur Weitergabe von Wissen.

Du kennst dich aus: Werkzeuge und Methoden, die im Rahmen eines Wissensmanagement genutzt werden, sind für dich kein Fremdwort. Kenntnisse in Articulate, Vyond o.ä. sind von Vorteil.

Du bist präsent: Du nimmst unsere Stakeholder auf allen Ebenen zielgruppengerecht mit, egal ob deine Teamkollege, ein Einkaufsassistent, die Bereichsleitung oder Geschäftsführung.

Du übernimmst Verantwortung: Indem du Initiativen und Projekte entsprechend deiner Projektrolle für den Einkauf vorantreibst und leitest.

Überzeugende Lösungsvorschläge unter Abwägung von Kosten-/Nutzen-Gesichtspunkten eigenständig auszuarbeiten liegt dir genau so sehr wie vorhandene Ansätze zu bewerten, zu verändern und zu verbessern.
