Ihre Aufgaben
Als Teil des Procurement Engineering befinden Sie sich in einer Schlüsselposition zwischen Einkauf und Entwicklung innerhalb der KHS GmbH sowie den Lieferanten und der Fertigung. Durch Ihre Beteiligung an Entwicklungs- und wertanalytischen Projekten haben Sie die Möglichkeit, einen spürbaren Beitrag zum zukünftigen Unternehmenserfolg zu leisten, während Sie parallel einen interessanten Einblick in viele verschiedene Bereiche des Unternehmens erlangen.
Um Sie optimal auf Ihre neue Aufgabe vorzubereiten, durchlaufen Sie ein spezielles Einarbeitungsprogramm, in dem Sie alle wichtigen Fachbereiche kennenlernen. Neben der Möglichkeit, wertvolle Kontakte zu knüpfen, bietet Ihnen dieses Programm die Chance, Problemstellungen aus verschiedenen Blickwinkeln zu betrachten. Ihre Tätigkeit umfasst Folgendes:
Führung von bzw. Mitarbeit in entwicklungs- und wertanalytischen Projekten mit dem Ziel der Produkt- und Prozesskostenreduzierung
»Make or Buy«-Analysen und entsprechende Entscheidungsfindung
Unterstützung beim »Design for Manufacturing« / »Design to Cost«
(Technische) Markt- und Bedarfsanalyse und Identifikation geeigneter Lieferanten
Beobachtung und Analyse des globalen Beschaffungsmarktes hinsichtlich technologischer Entwicklungen und Bewertung der Nutzbarkeit neuer Technologien für die KHS
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Vorzugsweise erste Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld bzw. im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau
Sehr gute Microsoft Office-Kenntnisse und generelle IT-Affinität
Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
Fähigkeit zum analytischen Denken
Zielorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und hohe soziale Kompetenz
Hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
