Als Front-End-Entwickler für Conversion & Personalisierung arbeitest du mit hochmodernen Personalisierungsplattformen und implementierst komplexe A/B-Tests sowie Personalisierungs- und Optimierungskampagnen für namhafte Kundinnen und Kunden unter Verwendung von Javascript Injection, HTML und CSS. Als Teamlead unterstützt du das Delivery-Team mit Vorentwürfen und Lösungen vor der Entwicklung und nimmst an wöchentlichen Calls mit Kundinnen und Kunden teil, um bei Bedarf bei technischen Fragen zu unterstützen
Zudem entwickelst du umfassende Personalisierungskomponenten und -funktionen und bist Experte für APIs, workflows und Funktionen von Adobe Target, Optimizely oder Dynamic Yield
Leite ein Team von Developern mit unterschiedlichen Fachkenntnissen, unterstütze dein Team bei den Herausforderungen und fördere ihre berufliche Entwicklung
Du entwickelst neue Prozesse und optimierst bereits bestehende Prozesse, um die Produktivität und Effizienz deines Teams zu verbessern

Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Wirtschafts-/Medieninformatik, angewandte Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Managementposition und hast mit Front-End-Frameworks wie AngularJS, ReactJS oder VueJS, sowie mit mindestens einem der folgenden Tools: Adobe Target, Optimizely, Dynamic Yield gearbeitet
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Javascript (ES6), CSS, HTML und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis von ES6, AJAX, RESTful API, Responsive & Cross Browser Entwicklung zeichnen dich aus
Du bringst Erfahrung mit im Bereich SPA-Websites, PM-Tools (JIRA, Confluence, G-Suite, Trello) und Git/Version control workflows
Ausgeprägte, kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch runden dein Profil ab
