- Ganzheitliche Kundenberatung steht bei uns an erster Stelle, daher bist du für die eigenständige Führung unserer Kunden verantwortlich und trittst diesen kompetent gegenüber.
- Du steuerst komplexe Projekte und trägst Sorge für eine erfolgreiche Planung und Durchführung holistischer Kampagnen, inkl. Erstellung von Briefings, Timings, Kostenkalkulationen und Konzepten, die du souverän präsentierst.
- Du organisierst Content Produktionen, bist am Set für optimale Abläufe zwischen Produktionsteam und Kunde verantwortlich und stellst kreativen Output entlang des Briefings sicher.
- Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Fachabteilungen der Agentur zusammen und unterstützt diese mit kreativem Input in Form von Ideations, Grobkonzepten oder Feinkonzepten inklusive einer (Social) POE-Mechanik.
- Darüber hinaus fungierst du als Schnittstelle zu externen DienstleisterInnen, Teams und Partneragenturen und weißt es, mehrere Bälle gleichzeitig in der Luft zu halten.
- Du denkst dich schnell in neue Themen ein, begeisterst dich für diese, und verstehst es, komplexe Sachverhalte auf verständliche Weise für die Zielgruppe zugänglich zu machen.

- Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL/VWL/Medien- u./o. Kommunikationswissenschaften) oder eine entsprechende Ausbildung mit. Du konntest bereits mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung im Bereich Content / Social Media / Online-Marketing / Projektmanagement / Account Management sammeln.
- Du schreibst sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch wortgewandt und verständlich.
- Du brennst für digitale Kommunikation, unterhaltsamen Content und bist auf TikTok, Instagram, und LinkedIn zuhause.
- Du bist ein kommunikativer Teamplayer mit Leidenschaft für deinen Job und übernimmst gerne Eigenverantwortung.
- Du bist konzeptstark und hast idealerweise Erfahrung in der Content Kreation (sende gerne eine Arbeitsprobe in deiner Bewerbung mit).
