Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Curate and innovate cocktail menus to match the hotel's creative vibe.
  • Train bar staff in mixology, presentation, and customer service.
  • Source premium ingredients to ensure a unique cocktail selection.
  • Create an engaging bar environment that encourages creativity and interaction.
  • Manage bar operations, including inventory and cost control.
  • Collaborate on special cocktail events to boost the hotel's reputation.
Your Qualifications:
