About us: Established in 1973, Samsung Electro-Mechanics has become a remarkable developer and manufacturer of key electronic components not only in Korea but also in other parts of the world. The full name of Samsung Electro-Mechanics in English is referring again to electronics and machinery. Samsung Electro-Mechanics began with a focus on production of audio/video parts and laid the foundation for the technological independence of Korea’s parts industry. In the 1980s, we diversified our business areas into materials and computer parts. Subsequently, in the 1990s, we focused on developing promising nextgeneration products such as chip parts, mobile communication parts, and optical parts. Since the start of the 2000s, the company has been seeking to further develop strategic technologies and create business synergy based on core technologies of materials, multilayer thin-film molding, and highfrequency circuit design. For our European HQ, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated employee as Inside Sales (m/f/d) Sales Order process (SOP) Location: Eschborn near Frankfurt am Main Responsibilities: • Direct communication with customers by email, messenger and phone for all business inquiries • Handling Sales Orders and backlog Management • Manage delivery and regular price updates • Prepare RMA – Credit-/Debit notes • Registration of customer part numbers • Manage demand Forecast • Follow up internal sales process in SAP • Coordination of Monthly sales goal in team environment Requirements: • At least 2-3 years of experience in this field • Strong handling of common MS Office Excel and MS Office programs • Structured, responsible, independent and proactive way of working • Distinct analysis and teamwork skills, customer, service and solution-oriented appearance • Fluent English and German language skills, spoken and written • SAP experience Our Offer: • You can expect a collegial working environment with appropriate scope for action and decision-making • The daily amenities in our modern office includes e.g. an ergonomic workstation and new IT equipment • You will receive exciting personal and professional development opportunities and further training • We offer performance and success-based compensation • A parking space (if available), as well as other benefits such team events in summer and winter • Corporate Benefit Program, Fitness benefit, Sodexo Meal vouchers and Home office opportunities • 30 days of vacation. • Our office is well connected for car, bus and S-Bahn Interested?
