Work on the core building blocks that shape TeamViewer products used by millions.You’ll gain hands-on experience across the product lifecycle—from market analysis to user testing—while contributing to real product decisions and improvements. Product Analysis: Evaluate current product features and performance, identify gaps and opportunities. Documentation & Communication: Create clear and compelling presentations, product documentation, and internal updates.Perform research in support of strategic initiatives and topics Product Thinking: Contribute ideas and opinions on product direction, usability, and prioritizationHelp launch new initiatives Create clear and compelling presentations, product documentation, and internal updates Requirements Business informatics / computer science / marketing or related background Passion for analyzing products, customer needs and market dynamics; interested in technical details and UXAble to translate customer insights into actionable deliverables for engineering teams Interest in thinking from multiple perspectives, including our customers and development teams Proficient in research tools, office suite, experience with ticketing solutions (JIRA), UX design tools (Figma / Sketch), coding a plus Strong analytical skills Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages are a plus Team player and good communicatorAbility to work independently on tasksKeen and open to learning new things What we offer Contract location would be Göppingen, GermanyMake an impact Take on the responsibility and work on your own projects. Your passion and skills will be used in international projects and support the operations of our business Our Working Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract, €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract, and €1,400 for an internship position.Do you need to gain your first work experience as a part of a mandatory internship?
