Together with start-ups and established companies, we drive tech start-ups forward - from the first idea to market leadership. In collaboration with the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and entrepreneur Susanne Klatten, we have been supporting future-forward start-ups such as Celonis, Konux, Lilium, inveox and Isar Aerospace since 2002.
Every year, we train thousands of students, scientists, leaders, and professionals in intensive learning formats - true to our values: transformative, appreciative, sustainable. In this role, you will leverage your passion for entrepreneurship education and personal development to shape and deliver innovative educational programs.In addition, you will collaborate with senior experts from the team to enhance learning experiences and implement new educational concepts and will continuously develop our offerings - in line with our principles of project-based, transformative education.
Develop curricula and engaging learning experiences, with a focus on hands-on, project-based approaches. Project management and administration: Manage the planning, implementation, and timing of all activities within education projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Oversee project documentation and reporting, collaborating with various partners to achieve program goals.
Communication and stakeholder management: Supervise and guide student teams throughout the program, providing support and mentorship.
Proven track record of successfully managing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
Fluent English and German
