Du bist verantwortlich für die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von 15+ SAP Inhouse-Beratern und sorgst für ihre kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung
Mit deinem Team und unseren DL stellst du die Betreuung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer SAP Anwendungen sicher. Es kann in deinem Verantwortungsbereich liegen, (Teil-)Projekte im SAP-Umfeld zu koordinieren und zu steuern, um ihre erfolgreiche Umsetzung sicherzustellen.
Du entwickelst und betreust ein durchgängiges Release- und Run-Konzept und arbeitest gemeinsam mit dem Team an der Analyse, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der eingesetzten Lösungen im SAP Core Team.
Du hast Spaß die Fachbereiche zu unterstützen und dein Team dabei zu motivieren und zu koordinieren.
Als SAP Generalist verfügst Du über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit sehr guten Kenntnissen verschiedener SAP-Module und fundierten Prozesskenntnissen.
Dein Deutsch ist auf muttersprachlichem Niveau, Deine Englischkenntnisse sind schriftlich und mündlich gut.
