As a part of a highly experienced team, you have the opportunity to constantly grow, learn and develop in your knowledge. employing a data-oriented approach to assess risk and determine appropriate credit limits for both new and existing customers to utilize Moss’ credit product.Take proactive actions, leveraging data insights, to mitigate risk effectivelyProvide an excellent stakeholder experience - Actively engage with senior and management level stakeholders to support in the agreement on new policies, risk appetite and future product developmentDefine policies and procedures - Alongside senior leadership, you support in setting up new underwriting processes and operational policies, integrating data-driven methodologies to inform policy formulation and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.Lead and own high-impact projects - Drive the development and growth of the team, assuming high responsibility for shaping and executing strategic initiatives to enhance team performance and achieve organizational objectivesAbout youWe think you’ll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in the role: Previous experience underwriting B2B financial productsFluent in English In addition, here are the skills and attributes we are looking for:Inquisitive mindset: you possess a keen ability to analyse data, trends, and risk factors, coupled with comprehensive B2B industry knowledge.
