Zur Verstärkung unseres Data Teams in Hamburg, Berlin oder Essen suchen wir Dich als Senior Data Analyst (m/w/d)

DEINE AUFGABEN
  • Du bist Mitglied des Data Teams im Bereich Subscription & Tech und verantwortest gemeinsam mit uns alles rund um das Thema Data Analytics, von der fachlichen Trackingkonzeption bis zur Analyse
  • Du bearbeitest Daten aus verschiedenen Quellsystemen effizient in der Google Cloud Platform und führst sie mit Tools wie dbt sinnvoll zusammen, um eine konsistente Datenbasis und bestmögliche Qualität der Daten zu gewährleisten
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Redaktionen und Vertriebsteams bringst Du Deine fachliche Expertise sowie out-of-the-box-Ideen ein, um datenbasierte Handlungsempfehlungen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung zu entwickeln
  • Ob einfache Analyse, Dashboard oder Machine Learning Modell – Du setzt das richtige Mittel für den jeweiligen Zweck ein
  • Wir haben knifflige Fragestellungen, und Du hast Spaß am Detail. Du kannst aber auch pragmatisch sein, wenn die schnelle Lösung gefordert ist
DEIN PROFIL
  • Du verfügst über mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung und begeisterst Dich für Daten und Analysen
  • Du schätzt den teamübergreifenden Austausch und bringst mit Begeisterung anderen Deine fundierten Dateninsights verständlich bei
  • Als erfahrene Digital Analytics Expert*in oder mit dem festen Willen, eine*r zu werden, sind GCP oder BQ nicht nur Abkürzungen für Dich
  • Du beherrschst den direkten Umgang mit Daten mittels SQL, und Du hast Erfahrung mit mindestens einer Programmiersprache wie Python oder R
  • Neben fließendem Deutsch zeichnest Du Dich durch Offenheit, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit aus. Deine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigenmotivation runden Dein Profil ab
