  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Identifizierung Bewertung und Priorisierung unseres Programm- und Projekt-Portfolios und der Roadmap
  • Du managst die Anforderungen von Fachbereichen und stimmst sie mit unseren strategischen Projekten, Kapazitäten und operativen Themen ab
  • Du steuerst aktiv unsere Projektaktivitäten rund um Corporate Controlling and Finance, insbesondere hinsichtlich unserer Digitalisierung und Transformation (z. B. ERP-System)
  • Du identifizierst relevante Stakeholder und steuerst konstruktiv das Interessenmanagement; wobei die Analyse, Bewertung und das Ausbalancieren unterschiedlicher Anforderungen und Prioritäten zu deinen Aufgaben gehört
  • Du treibst Prozessanalysen voran und stellst eine effiziente Dokumentation im Bereich Controlling & Finance sicher
  • Als Leiter (m/w/d) von globalen Projekten und Initiativen bist du verantwortlich für die Moderation von Steuerungsgremien und Projektboards in unserer FiCo Organisation
  • Im Zuge der Transformation begleitest du aktiv die Überführung von Prozessen und Services in unser Global Service Center; dabei arbeitest du eng mit den internen Schnittstellen zusammen
  • Als Teil des Führungsteams im Bereich Corporate Controlling & Finance bist du zudem an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Bereichsstrategie beteiligt
  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Betriebswirtschaft
  • Du hast bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung im vergleichbaren Umfeld sammeln können
  • Du bringst eine teamorientierte, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit und überzeugst durch dein souveränes Auftreten, auch in schwierigen Situationen
  • Deine Erfahrungen im Change-Management und bei der Leitung von internationalen Projekten oder Projektmodulen zeichnen dich aus
  • Du besitzt wertvolles Know-How in der Prozessgestaltung, idealerweise im Bereich Finance & Controlling
  • Du kannst auf allen Managementebenen souver��n kommunizieren
  • Deine sehr guten Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
