This is not a sales role, but rather an opportunity to be the principal technical advisor and ‘voice of the customer’ to organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises.Your technical acumen and customer-facing skills will enable you to effectively represent AWS within a customer’s environment, and drive discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs, support, and risk management.Watch a short video about life as a Technical Account Manager here: The TAM is the centerpiece of value to our Enterprise Support customers. Munich, BY, DEUBEVORZUGTE QUALIFIKATIONENExperience with AWS services or other cloud offeringsExperience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical leadExperience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three (3) of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environmentExperience as a technical account nanager, consultant, solutions architect, platform engineer, systems engineer, cloud architect or in a similar rolePractical knowledge of 5G network architecture and call-flows and experience in troubleshooting 5G networksAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
