You are a strategic communication expert with a passion for luxury and fashion? We are looking for a Head of Public Relations (m/f/d) in our Head Office in Munich . This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a talented team, shape our brand image, and drive impactful communication strategies. 

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing and executing comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance DIOR's brand image and reputation in Central Europe
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders
  • Overseeing the planning and execution of high-profile events, fashion shows, and product launches
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and maximize media exposure and to align public relations efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Leading the PR team by providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
Profile
  • At least 8 years of experience in public relations, communication with a focus on luxury brands or fashion and experience in leading and managing a team
  • Strong relationships with key media contacts and influencers in the fashion and lifestyle industry
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align PR efforts with business goals
  • Fluent in German and English, another language on top is a plus
