Data Center Segment Sales Team Leader RoleThe primary goal of this role is to advance Eaton's position as a leading company in the data center industry by managing its reputation and sales success in complex, multi-country, multi-product data center projects.
Main Responsibilities- Lead a team of data center sales and account managers to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and execute the overall EMEA and Global data center sales strategy across Germany.
- Collaborate with the Data Centre Sales director for EMEA to drive business results and achieve company objectives.
- Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Science or Engineering, or equivalent data centre industry experience.
- 10+ years of related experience in the data center business.
- Demonstrable knowledge of data center design and operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to support, lead, and listen to team members.
