Die im Februar 2021 neu geschaffene Professur für Angewandte Medizininformatik (IAM) führt komplexe, medizinische Daten zusammen und erzeugt in Partnerschaft mit Expert:innen effektiv gegen Krankheiten nutzbares Wissen, welches zu einem tieferen Krankheitsverständnis und/oder zu einer erfolgreicheren Behandlung von Patient:innen führt.
Im Bereich der Präzisionsmedizin unterstützen wir auch das Universitäre Krebsforschungszentrum, indem wir den Prozessablauf von Molekularen Tumorboards mit maßgeschneiderten Software-Lösungen optimieren. Für unsere Projekte suchen wir eine:n Projektassistent:in (m/w/d) für folgende Aufgaben
Unterstützung unserer Gruppen- bzw. Projektleitungen bei der Vorbereitung und Umsetzung von Drittmittel-Projekten
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Dokumenten rund um unsere Projekte, z.B. Anträge, Datenschutzfolgeabschätzungen, Präsentationen
Koordination von und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Sachberichten für unsere Projektträger
Planung von Veranstaltungen, z.B. Kick-Off Treffen, Workshops, Meetings zu internen und externen Projekten
Organisation und Abrechnung von Reisen
Pflege unseres Internet- und Intranetbereichs
2027 befristet.
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung vornehmlich im Krankenhausumfeld, andernfalls jeweils gleichwertige Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
