Developing and implementing a sales strategy to expand new customer base in Germany.
· Design and implement market development strategies, prepare sales forecasts and budgets, standardize sales processes, and achieve sales targets.
· Gain an in-depth understanding of relevant market policies, conduct market research, analyze market trends, and provide strategic basis and data support for the company's business development and new product development.
· Working closely with our Chinese merchandiser teams to ensure timely delivery of products to Germany market.
· As our Country Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to grow our business in Germany market.
You must have extensive experience as a manager of sales or product in importer companies.
· A proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
· Experience working with international production centers is a plus.
