Job Title: Country Manager

We are seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead our sales efforts in Turkey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the Turkish market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales leadership and business growth in the Turkish market.
  • Strong commercial experience and network of contacts in the Turkish market.
  • Experience of working in a commercial bank or financial institution, selling to mid-size corporates.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) and native-level fluency in Turkish language.
