  • Verantwortung für die Abteilung "Global User Support"
  • Führung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter in der Abteilung
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden
  • Entwicklung der Abteilung zum "primary face to the customer"
  • Prozesseigentümerschaft für die Prozesse Incident-, Major Incident-, Problem-, Documentmanagement und Service Request Fulfillment
  • Optimierung der abteilungsinternen Abläufe und Prozesse sowie Integration in unternehmensweite Prozesse
  • Erweiterung des Serviceangebots der Abteilung

Diese Stelle kann an den Standorten in Berlin, Bremen, Düsseldorf, Kassel, Kiel, Neuenstadt und Unterlüß besetzt werden.

  • Erfahrung in der Leitung und Optimierung eines globalen Konzern-ServiceDesk im internationalen Umfeld, idealerweise produzierendes Gewerbe
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der ITIL-orientierten Serviceerbringung
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Steuerung von externen IT-Dienstleistern sowie in der Anwendung von Service-Level- / Operation-Level Agreements
  • Kenntnisse in der Einführung und Nutzung von Werkzeugen des IT-Service-Managements, idealerweise ServiceNow
  • Gute Leadership- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, überzeugend, klar und adressaten-orientiert
  • Fähigkeit, Potenziale der Mitarbeitenden zu erkennen und zu entwickeln
  • Fähigkeit zum konzeptionellen Arbeiten über den Tellerrand hinaus
  • Sehr gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift sowie die Fähigkeit zur klaren Darstellung komplexer Sachverhalte
