Der Customer Service Advocate (m/w/d) ist als zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere europäischen Kunden in der Medizintechnik verantwortlich dafür, dass im Rahmen der Tätigkeit die Kunden optimal betreut werden. Gleichzeitig trägt der Customer Service durch aktiven Vertrieb zum Erreichen der Ziele und des Budgets des Bereiches bei.
- Der Customer Service ist als kaufmännischer Ansprechpartner seiner definierten Kunden für die optimale kaufmännische Betreuung verantwortlich. Gleichzeitig trägt er zum Erreichen der Ziele und Profitverbesserung seines definierten Kundenkreises bei.
- Der Customer Service stellt sicher, dass die Kundenanforderungen in den zu erstellenden Angeboten geprüft werden.
- Der Customer Service stellt sicher, dass die eingehenden Bestellungen geprüft & bearbeitet werden und damit die Voraussetzungen für eine vertragsgemäße und termingerechte Auslieferung geschaffen werden (kaufmännische Vertragsprüfung).
- Der Customer Service stellt sicher, dass er bei den Kunden Bedarfe erkennt und auf einen Auftrag hinwirkt.
- Der Customer Service gewährleistet, dass bei Rahmenaufträgen nach den gültigen Regeln und Verfahrensanweisungen eine Planung im System hinterlegt wird, um eine Terminsicherheit der Abrufe zu gewährleisten.
- Der Customer Service stellt sicher, dass eine aktive Pflege der Kundenbeziehung im direkten Kontakt (auch vor Ort) und in regelmäßiger Abstimmung mit dem Account Manager erfolgt.
- Der Customer Service ist verantwortlich für die Vorbereitung und in definierten Fällen auch für die Durchführung von Preisverhandlungen beim Kunden.
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung; Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann oder abgeschlossenes (kaufmännische) Studium
- > 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst von Industrieunternehmen oder Handel, im technischen Vertrieb von komplexen technischen Produkten
- Kundenorientierung: Verständnis der Auswirkungen unserer Geschäftsentscheidungen auf unsere Kunden
- PC-Kenntnissen (Office, CRM- & ERP-Systeme)
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
- SAP S4HANA Erfahrung ist von Vorteil
- Analytische Fähigkeiten
