Der Bereich Customer Interaction in unserer Digital Services Unit hat immer das digitale Kundenerlebnis im Blick. Du kennst dich im E-Commerce-Business aus und die Nutzung von Online-Tools ist für dich selbstverständlich. Als Teil des Teams entwickelst du digitale ?Must-haves? für verschiedenste Apps und Webseiten und sorgst so für ein hervorragendes Online-Einkaufserlebnis unserer Kunden.

Deine Aufgaben

Wofür du dein Bestes gibst.

  • Entwickeln unter Verwendung von JavaScript, CSS und HTML
  • Strategisch zusammenarbeiten mit den Teams von Produktmanagement und Analytics, um A/B-Tests sowie die Web-Personalisierungsstrategie zu unterstützen
  • Diagnostizieren und reparieren technischer Probleme hinsichtlich benutzerdefinierter Website-Erlebnisse
  • Zusammenarbeiten mit verschiedenen Teams, einschließlich derer aus den Bereichen E-Commerce, Creative sowie Engineering, um eine zeitnahe Umsetzung der Web-Optimierungsstrategie zu gewährleisten
Dein Profil

Was du mitbringen solltest.

  • Expertenwissen im Umgang und Erfahrung mit Frontend-Webentwicklungstechnologien, z. B. JavaScript, CSS und HTML
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit A/B-Tests
  • Gutes Verständnis von Optimierungs-/Test-Tools
  • Arbeitserfahrung im Bereich Netzwerkdiagnose und Netzwerkanalysetools
  • Kenntnisse der SDK-Implementierung für mobile Apps (iOS und Android)
  • Wissen über Single Page Application (SPA)

Was wünschenswert ist.

  • Erfahrung mit Adobe Target (z. B. Target ? AAM, Target ? Analytics)
  • Erfahrung mit den Frameworks React and Angular sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrungen mit der Gewinnung und Nutzung von API Daten für Personalisierungen
