SalesManager Medical DACH(d/f/m)Comejoin a fantastic team In this exposed leadership position inLeica's Global Commercial Organization, you will be responsible forgrowing the market share of our medical microscopy productportfolio in an indirect go-to-market model. You will beresponsible for the DACH region Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein andSwitzerland and lead and develop a team of 8 associates. In thisrole you will report directly to the Medical Sales DirectorEMEA.
YOURRESPONSIBILITIES
Developand execute local business strategy according with EMEA guidelinesand deliver sustainable growth and significant share win based on adeep understanding of local market dynamics, future trends andcompetitivelandscape
Research andidentify opportunities in line with strategic directives in orderto generate sales, increase the installed base penetration, upsellexisting contracts and expand the portfolio of solutionssold
Defining yearly growthtargets to Account Managers and/or Indirect Partners (Distributors,Resellers, Lead Finders), reporting monthly revenues and potentialgaps vs. targets and support close gap actions in order to maximizebusiness
Proactivelyassesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoingbase and provide transparent feedback to upper management andBusiness Units
Generate anddevelop sales and solutions awareness through customer visits &solutions information, customer consultancies & workshops.Operate as a lead point of contact for thecustomer
Actively drive newproduct introduction on assigned area in collaborations with theMarket Development department and Marketing teams to maximizerevenue
Use Danaher BusinessSystems (DBS) tools, implement daily work and standard managementon funnel management andforecasting
YOURPROFILE
Degree inbiomedical engineering, electronic engineering, or an equivalentscientificqualification
Multiple yearsof strategic selling experience in a B2B sales environment within amatrix organization
Priorexperience and solid track record in a sales role in medicalbusiness
Requires experiencein leadership in sales management, opportunity assessment, andexcellent communication and interpersonalskills
Ability to comprehendscientific applications / markets and expert in sales growthprocesses (FunnelManagement)
Fluently Germanand English languageskills
