Deine zukünftige Rolle Du führst als Financial Compliance Manager/in neue Prozesse zur Überprüfung von SOX-Konformitäten für die HomeServe Gruppe Deutschland ein. Während des Implementierungsprozesses wirst Du eng mit unseren SOX-Spezialisten aus der internationalen Gruppe, insbesondere der HomeServe Gruppe UK, zusammenarbeiten. Du gestaltest SOX-Kontrollen mit, führst Analysen durch und unterstützt bei der Beseitigung von Kontrollschwächen. Du agierst als Business Partner für unsere SHK-Betriebe im Risk Management. Die Erstellung von rechtzeitigen und qualitativ hochwertigen Berichten gehört ebenso wie der Aufbau von Testroutinen zur Erschaffung einer SOX-konformen Umgebung zu Deinen Aufgaben. Dein Profil Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im Bereich der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsrecht oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation im Wirtschaftsumfeld. Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung optimalerweise in Konzernstrukturen mit. Du kannst Dich verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift auf Deutsch und Englisch verständigen. Du besitzt eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine Hands-on Mentalität. Du hast Lust auf Aufbauarbeiten und der Entwicklung neuer Strukturen.
