Deine Aufgaben
  • Als Chief Product Officer prägst du nicht nur die Weiterentwicklung der Produktvision und -strategie, sondern auch die des gesamten Unternehmens.
  • Dabei arbeitest du besonders eng mit der Geschäftsführung, dem Finanztip-Gründer und deinem Team zusammen, das aktuell aus vier Produktmanagern und drei UX-Spezialisten besteht.
  • Als kollaborative Führungskraft unterstützt du deine Teammitglieder mit Rat und Tat – sowohl beim Erreichen ihrer Ziele als auch in ihrer individuellen Weiterentwicklung.
  • Hand in Hand mit unserem CTO und dem 30-köpfigen Entwickler-Team sorgst du dafür, dass die zahlreichen parallel stattfindenden Entwicklungsprojekte effektiv und effizient umgesetzt werden können.
  • Du hast ein Auge auf die einheitliche Darstellung unserer Marke über alle Produkte hinweg – so wie unsere Marken-Agentur, die dir dabei zur Seite steht.
  • On top behältst du immer im Blick, wie sich die Produkte im Alltag unserer Nutzer bewähren. So fällt es dir leicht, neue Impulse zu geben und die Customer Journey zu optimieren.
Dein Profil
  • Du hast nicht nur Lust auf die Optimierung bestehender Produkte, sondern auch ein Händchen für Innovation und Neuentwicklungen.
  • Dich bis ins kleinste Detail in Themen einzuarbeiten, macht dir Spaß und du liebst es, dich mit Produkt- und Geschäftsideen zu beschäftigen.
  • Du kennst dich Bestens mit dem Konzipieren, Entwickeln und Vermarkten von digitalen B2C-Produkten aus, insbesondere im Bereich Mobile Apps.
  • Deine nutzerzentrierte Arbeitsweise spiegelt sich nicht zuletzt in der Überzeugung wider, dass erstklassige Produkte durch eine enge Verbindung zum Nutzer entstehen – sei es durch Fokusgruppen oder regelmäßige Nutzerbefragungen.
  • Dein intuitives Verständnis für die Optimierung der On-Site-Performance ermöglicht es dir, schnell zu erkennen, welche Maßnahmen die Conversion einer Landingpage verbessern können.
  • Als dein Steckenpferd würdest du deine Führungskompetenz beschreiben, die du bereits in einem stark wachstsumsorientierten Umfeld unter Beweis stellen konntest.
  • Deine Sprachkompetenz in Deutsch und Englisch ist auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (C1) sowohl in mündlicher als auch schriftlicher Form.
