Als Head of Risk Management tragen Sie die Verantwortung für alle risikobezogenen Themen. Sie berichten direkt an die Geschäftsführung und können als Teil des Management-Teams den weiteren Erfolg des Unternehmens maßgeblich mitgestalten und noch weiter ausbauen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie leiten die Abteilung Risk Management und verantworten mit Ihrem engagierten und kompetenten Team alle Themen rund um das Risikomanagement wie z.B. Risikoprüfung, Einschätzung der Geschäftsrisiken, Beurteilung der Umsetzbarkeit und Sinnhaftigkeit spezifischer Geschäftsmodelle, Überwachung des Merchant-Portfolios, Analyse von Händlerrisiken, Identifikation von Branchenrisiken etc.
  • Sie lieben es, Prozesse zu definieren und mit Ihrem Team umzusetzen und dabei auch für Massenprozesse eine sicherere und gleichzeitig wirtschaftliche Skalierung zu erreichen
  • Als Teil des Management-Teams sind ein wichtiger Entscheider bei neuen Geschäftsinitiativen, Produkten und Features. Sie analysieren mit Ihrem Team die Risiken, deren Auswirkungen sowie die künftige Rentabilität neuer Produkte und Angebote
  • Mit Ihrem fundierten Risk-Know-how, Marktkenntnissen und mittels Finanzanalysen definieren Sie innovative Risikomanagementstrategien und setzen diese um
  • Sie identifizieren Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung der Interaktion mit den Zahlungssystemen, optimieren Prozesse, entwickeln Risikomessverfahren, Systeme und Reports weiter
  • Sie pflegen strategisch wichtige Kontakte in der Branche mit den Banken, Zahlungsprozessoren und Partnern
  • Sie definieren und überprüfen Regelwerke internationaler Kartenorganisationen und anderer Payment Service Provider
  • Sie verantworten die Einhaltung der bestehenden Anforderungen wie Geldwäsche und Risiko-Strategie
  • Sie führen und entwickeln Ihre aktuell 5 Mitarbeiter wertschätzend, fordernd und fördernd und werden das Team mit weiteren guten Kollegen aufbauen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Banking, Controlling oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Risk Management bzw. Risk Controlling im Bereich der Zahlungsdienste (z.B. bei einem Acquirer oder Netzbetreiber)
  • Mindestens 3 bis 5 Jahre fachliche und disziplinarische Führungserfahrung
  • Mindestens 5 bis 8 Jahre Erfahrung im Payment-Bereich, eCommerce oder Online Banking
  • Sehr gutes Englisch und Deutsch auf Muttersprache-Niveau
  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Projekten
  • Beherrschen von Komplexität, auch von mehrfach 100-seitigen Dokumenten
  • Ausgeprägte analytisch-konzeptionelle Denkweise sowie hohe Prozess- und IT-Affinität
  • Freundliche, begeisternde Persönlichkeit, die das gute Klima im Unternehmen im gleichen Sinne weiter prägt
